Every individual is different and will have their own unique experience. Some people will notice immediate results within the first 24 hours of having a session. They may notice increased energy, better focus, and more restorative sleep. Others may feel worse before they feel better. It is not unusual for people to begin detoxing after their first visit. Detox symptoms can be unpleasant and include a mild headache, fatigue, stomach upset, gassiness/bloating, and loose stools. Clients are encouraged to flush their systems with water, and most often the symptoms subside within 24 hours.

The Stress Release, Detoxification & Weight Loss services and programs consist of technologies and coaching services designed to facilitate the release of physical, mental, emotional, and chemical stressors and promote a positive physical, mental, and spiritual shift in health.

The time commitment for a session at our center will vary depending on what services are received. Sessions can range from 30 minutes to up to 3 hours. Usually one can plan on about one hour for a Relax & Release Session.
